Growing up in Gazipur, I never imagined that music and coding would be the two pillars of my life. This is the story of how I started with a simple flute melody and ended up building ShikdarT Studio, a place where creativity meets technology.

The Early Days

I was born in a small town in Gazipur where resources were limited but dreams were abundant. My father used to play the harmonium, and my mother sang folk songs. That was my first exposure to music. At age 10, I composed my first melody on a broken keyboard I found at a local market. It wasn't perfect, but it was mine.

After finishing high school, I moved to Dhaka for higher studies. That's when I discovered the world of computers and the internet. I was fascinated by how technology could connect people across the globe. I started learning PHP and web development while continuing my music practice at night.

The Breakthrough

In 2018, I released my first track "THIK EBHABE" on SoundCloud. To my surprise, it got 10,000 plays in the first week! That was the moment I realized that the digital world had removed all barriers for artists. You don't need a big record label anymore. You just need talent and the right digital strategy.

I then started ShikdarT Studio - a creative agency that helps musicians and businesses build their online presence. We've worked with over 50 artists and 30 businesses in the last 3 years. Our secret? Understanding both the art and the algorithm.

Lessons Learned

The journey wasn't always smooth. There were days when I had only 50 taka in my pocket. There were nights when I questioned if I was wasting my time. But I kept going because music and coding both taught me the same thing: persistence pays off.

Today, I have over 100,000 followers across social media, my tracks have been streamed millions of times, and ShikdarT Studio is growing. But the most important achievement? The messages from young people in my hometown saying that I inspired them to chase their dreams.

Don't wait for the perfect moment. Start with what you have. Learn one new skill every month. Collaborate with people who are better than you. And most importantly, stay true to your roots. The world doesn't need another copycat. It needs YOUR unique voice.
